"Facility and breakfast were good. We were constantly at the front desk due to key card issues. We were locked out by the pool and our room multiple times in a day."
"Meh. This is an old hotel. Rooms are dated and shabby. Hotel desperately needs a top-to-bottom renovation. Not up to Marriott standards. Staff were nice, and breakfast was decent, but we would stay somewhere else next time."
"I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Trying to check in and no one is here to check us in. There are others families waiting; one who has been for over an hour and another for about 45 minutes waiting to check in. DO NOT STAY HERE! This franchise hotel should not carry the Marriott name."
"We stayed at this location because it was conveniently located near the venue of a family wedding. The staff at the front desk was friendly & greeted us whenever we arrived or left the property. The room was clean & well appointed. The only downside of this location is that it is difficult to enter if you are trying to get over to the entrance if you're heading west on Ulmerton Rd, during rush hour. This was an overall good stay."
"This hotel clearly does not rise to Marriott standards. We stayed here October 2023 and had our vehicle window broken the one night we stayed. Wake up to find it, along with 8 other vehicles broken into. The worst part is that SpringHill Suites were aware of it as it has happened numerous times in the past few months. They decided not to inform us when we stayed. Also, there are NO CAMERAS here, anywhere according to staff. Don't take the chance. Stay at a hotel that take safety seriously."
