"Rooms have roaches, the room overall was not very clean when we arrived, they’re doing construction all day right next door to our room(I don’t understand why we were placed right in between two rooms under construction)our fridge was off and had old food left in it, the microwave worked, no grab bar or shelf in shower, front desk tried to say my SERVICE DOG was not allowed in the main building, asked the front for towel early the morning of checkout and never got them. House keeping was amazing when we asked for extra towels and wash cloths. Overall, will definitely not be back."

"Upon arrival right away the police were there. Nothing but junkies hanging around the building. After initially walking in room that is decent, notice the terrible cheap construction they are doing in a sad attempt to revamp the building. If you want no sleep and to hear construction all day, here is your place. Our showers “hot” water was warm at best for two whole minutes! No lamps in the room, iust cold overhead lighting. Seeing as though they are trying to make the best of the place, sadly the people who stay here give this place a drug house vibe. The pool was the cleanest part of the entire building and that’s outside which says a lot. People at front desk were kind and accommodating at the best of their ability but if you want to rest and shower comfortably, please do yourself a favor and get another hotel, you will not get rest or a hot shower here. Couldn’t wait to leave fast enough."

"Room was clean and everything worked well. Looked as though they are remodeling rooms so all the fixtures were new and modern. Free breakfast was appreciated and the management and staff are obviously working to make improvements and upgrades while keeping the rates very reasonable."

"Most beautiful hotel in Clearwater. Gorgeous scenery. They absolutely take care of the property. They really care about it. The owner Henry goes far and beyond making sure the hotel is safe for all ages. The soda machines are always stocked . The breakfast , Belgian waffle makers, open at 6 am, it truly amazing. One of a kind experience. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, modern and very up to date. If You're looking for an unforgettable experience you have the right place. I have been staying here for about 3 weeks now. Not to mention the beautiful staff is always making sure your room is cleaned and your taken care of. A very personal experience not to mention the front desk lady Mallory is beyond helpful with anything you need. Much love. Thank you again guys for making my time beyond enjoyable."

"-Microwave was very dirty with someone's food inside and didn't work. -Bathroom looked like domestic violence the door broken what looked like a punch and the bath tub had old black caulking. Bathtub clogged. -Bed sheets smelt like mold, it had dust to the touch. - Ceiling had water damage that was sloppy patched with plaster. - No remote in the room for the TV and no coffee maker. -Floor had so much sand it was slippery. - Small bath towels and not enough bath tissues. Good side - Staff is very nice! the building looks amazing, the pool looks clean and there's a very good restaurant next door called lennys. The area was very quiet and the outdoors were very clean. The price is affordable and definitely worth a 2 day stay no more than that due to the room conditions. This is the place you want to sleep for the beach tomorrow and then back home."
