"They change their therapist on you very last minute. Then you have to deal with your child being upset they don't think how that hurts the child emotionally disabled kids new structure not constant changes. The therapist here don't even stay with you 3 months they jump from child to child."

"I was in the orlando offices I can say it's constant switch of therapist for me also constantly verify insurance my son not being seen for months on in. Avoid unless you live close by can fight with them in person. I was even question why I needed to remove my son he was crying they switched his therapist often. We cried with her when she left . 03 /6 I gave them a try again once again out of the blue they switched my son therapist. Will no longer be using them he doesn't do well with frequent changes ."

"Honestly this place is just as bad/ unprofessional/ unorganized as the other place my son use to go. When I transfer him I spoke to whoever takes care of scheduling let them know that my son doesn’t do good with sudden change, and if there was ever a chance that a change had to be made to please let me know in advance to prepare my son. He begin taking 1hr sessions here back in June, with a very nice therapist. Few months later therapist told me she couldn’t see my son for 1hr because he now had to take care 2 30mins sessions a week. But it would have to be with someone else, which I didn’t want to since he was making a lot of progress. So she told me she would see him only 30mins a week till she had another 30mins available. I waited patiently. I missed one session because he was sick. And came back to another therapist, because the previous one had quit/left. No one called me to let me know this change, to mentally prepare my son. He has been doing so good with the new therapist she is great! Few sessions ago I asked her if she could see him for 1hr since that was what he was taking at the beginning. She said for me to talked to the lady at the front desk to see where in her schedule she could see him. Well guess what now my son only had 30mins session because that is what his “care plan” estates. Which is something I don’t understand since when my son first started here I asked the same from desk lady and she told me his care plan said 1hr sessions once a week. Now I have to wait for my son to get reevaluated to see if he can go back to 1hr sessions. I would switch my son to another place in a heart beat but is not fair to him. 10/27 I received a text message from someone at Talk Active to let me know my son can no longer be seeing there because of my bad review."

"I absolutely love this place! My daughter does both speech and occupational here & she absolutely loves it! When we first started therapy she would kick and scream for mom of course but it only took 2 weeks for her to run in and start giving hugs and walking back on her own. The trust that these girls were able to develop with her is just amazing. It is a 35 minute drive for us and I was just planning to have her attend this place while we were on a waiting list at another..not going to happen! I love this place & it is worth the drive!"
