"I originally gave Paradise Grills a 5-star review. However after owning the bar for two months, a speaker went out. Customer service was not particularly helpful offering to send a speaker but not fix. After I asked for more help she offered to send a technician for $200 in 5 weeks and it’s still under warranty. To pay $30k for a unit and give multiple referrals to our neighbors I would expect a better service for what seems like a minor fix. My previous review is below for the original purchase. We had a wonderful experience with Debra. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the various different combinations and accessories of outdoor kitchens and bars. She was incredibly helpful on more than one occasion of us visiting, and stayed late to assist. Thank you so much Debra for going above and beyond!"
