"Bought a phone and card hours ago it was defective sign above them said exchange with original receipt. The manager was rude when I explained it was defective and want work. Told me I was sol. I only dought it for my I'll brother to call me after chemo treatments now that's 100 less to spend for his medical supplies and no phone. Shame on them for selling broken phones and not exchanging them I was a life long customer not anymore. Also thinking of calling a lawyer just the point."
