"The most ghetto experience. They make you stand in a line until the next round of bins come out. Because people get out of hand and fight! People argue about baskets because they make you put your basket on the side wall. You have to find your items and bring them back to the wall, that's if no one took anything out of your basket. Items come out maybe every 70 to 80 minutes. It's too hostile for shopping...they need a new model or management needs to step in."

"Rude employees and customers. I thought this was a regular store but apparently people wait for something at a special time. I have no clue because there are no signs. We just walk in and start looking around and the staff starts yelling instead of just explaining what the hell is going on."

"I went here all the time!!! Had great experiences with an employee named Jackie!! She’s the sweetest and always doing her best to make the experience fast and kind! I’m really upset at my experience with a different employee today, I unfortunately won’t be going back because of it! I was paying for a book with card because I wasn’t sure if I had change so I went in my purse looking for it after setting my card on the plastic table. I didn’t realize in doing that the card must slipped further on the counter and the employee started yelling to another costumer and employee that I threw my card at her which despite the rude yelling and indirect comment I immediately apologized for! I said three times how sorry I was that I came off as rude and she just mocked me in a child’s tone as she threw the receipt at me. I then waited for my friend to check out as she insisted on furthering the issue by throwing her change back at her. As we went to leave we discussed the situation exclaiming “I really didn’t mean it to be rude!” and “I’m a little put off by this situation”. Then after this was said she started mocking us again screaming “rude” and some other not so kind words. I am so in shock and unsettled by this experience it pushed me to the point of tears. I have never had a negative experience with her before and I will not be coming back to see if there will be more. I have had some minor negative interactions with another employee however his altogether demeanor is often just a little exasperated so I have never thought to miss out on the bins altogether because of it however this will be the final straw. I wish I could thank the few incredible employees they do have as they have truly extended so much kindness towards me and shared so many warm smiles and laughs. I would say if you’re thinking of becoming a regular you may want to try one of the other thrift stores in the area."

"Your not really thrift shopping until you can buy clothes by the pound. This place seemed pretty sketchy. Also, not a big fan of all the profit they turn from people's donations, but better than people throwing it in the trash."

"Not crowded on a Saturday morning. Not a huge by the lb location. I like the bins here vs the ones you usually see at the other goodwill outlets. If you are a goodwill outlet fan, this one is worth giving a try. As a reseller, it was not that good. When they put fresh goods out it was just 2 rows so everyone crowded in. They have wares, clothes, purses and shoes all mixed together."
