"We have been bringing our cats to Dr. Norrell since they were kittens. I have had various critters in the past and been to many differant veterinarian's. Dr. Norrell and her staff have always been amazing and provided the best care for our cats."
"I took my cat in, thinking he was having a clogged bladder issue again (emergency visit). They took him in to check him even though they were double booked for that day and had a shorter work day (day before Thanksgiving). They ran tests and monitored him for the day despite being busy! When they asked if we wanted the tests done, they went over everything and what each test was and how much each one was. When we came to pick him up, they went over his medicine and treatment plan with us even though they were closed. They called a couple weeks later to check up on our bundle of fur, which was nice. The pricing for the visit was honestly not bad for coming in on an emergency visit and what they provided! Highly recommend!"
"The staff and doctor are amazing! They are very caring and sweet with both of my cats. The doctor is very knowledgeable regarding cats and will do anything to help keep a kitty in their home including informing the owner on how to stop bad behavior."

This is a clean hospital, great staff, they examined my cat in front of me, versus taking him in a room. I am so glad we found her."
