We were so thankful that she helped us during a very difficult process and need for Duke. She even called after hours to check up on our little guy. "If it wasn't for these wonderful people, my Buddy Boo Bear would not be here today, literally. Just got back home a few hours ago and he is stable from an allergic reaction to pollen/paralyzed larynx, which then made his throat swell to the point he could not breathe. The staff worked together as a team to rush Buddy inside the building to get immediate care. The staff most definitely cares about the animals and pet owners. They offered me everything they possibly could, to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, as I waited during this traumatic time. I want to thank the gentleman who rushed out to carry buddy from the car into the building, the front staff who was very caring as always, and Dr. Lauren who is very knowledgeable, kind, and a great communicator. Thank you Andy and everyone else in the back who has always been there to take care of Buddy with all the craziness. Thank you for saving my best friend!"
