"Arrived at 7pm and had two dogs I desperately needed to wash. Had mixed up which store I called but one said if I arrived at 7, I would be able to wash my dogs. Arrived at this store at 7 and they would not allow me to wash my dogs. It could have been a really simple thing for them to do. No interest from workers/management in the store that evening to go above and beyond in the customer service department. Disappointed."
