Walk in Pediatrics in kissimmee

"Was looking for a pediatric walk in urgent care cuz my 5 year daughter kept getting sick and her insurance hasn’t switched over to fl yet cuz I just moved down here from ga. Doc found out it was due to a uti and prescribed some antibiotics and some other great otc meds. This doctor is a blessing from god, super nice, wait time was only about 15 minutes and he knows his stuff. They aren’t a pediatric walk in urgent care clinic, and yet he still accepted me and daughter as his patients and immediately and gave us the help we needed. The world needs more doctors like him. Staff was super nice and even had a fluent English speaking receptionist translator so that absolutely nothing was lost or misconceived in translation. She wasn’t needed but still there just in case and most places aren’t gonna offer a service like that or what they have to offer, I thought I was gonna wait a long time in a boring waiting room but no they have toys for the kids and cartoons on a tv the whole time to entertain the kids while we’re waited. I thought I was gonna have to keep them from misbehaving the whole time until I saw this and they just started playing with the other kids and it was a huge relief. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the doctors and the staff. They definitely made a new customer for life today and I don’t even wanna say the word customer, I’d rather say family because that’s how we were treated. And if they read this I just wanna say thanks again for everything."

"Doctor Q. is a great doctor but can only do so much with a staff like this. His staff has never shown the amount of urgency or care they should in their position. I have had this doctor for years, but the staff he has now is downright neglectful of patients. I have came in for an appointment on time, but still his staff treated me last, as if I was unimportant and didn't have a life outside of my doctors office or something. I have called in for a prescription, left on hold for 10 minutes just for them to end the call. Called back again, she finally took my information, found me in the system, and then told me he would call me back. There was no reason why she couldn't have told me this 20 minutes prior, she just hoped I wouldn't call back most likely. Anx again, only for the simplistic of requests, like getting a prescription filled or scheduling an appointment, they give me issues. Changing doctors today due to his rude staff."

"Since my first visit, I had very good experience at this office Dr. Q and his staff are professional and so humble. They always listen and care for any concerns I have and answers all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Q bcz he treats you like a family. He even call back to make sure that my little girl is feeling better after every visit. Dr. Q is an amazing doctor and love all his patients. I would highly recommend this office."

"Decent staff and great doctor. Problem being for me is that they keep switching locations. But otherwise they are an amazing clinic that has accommodated my needs and provided good service. The doctor goes into great detail and great length to ensure the health of others. Even having availability off hours to contact him."
