"First review I have ever written in my life, but I feel like this information might be useful to visitors traveling to the area. Unfortunately, we had a sick child on our visit to Disney which required a visit to an urgent care center. I set an appt online, and arrived a few minutes early. Upon arrival, I was told my insurance was not accepted, and because I am from out of state, I would be required to pay $520 prior to being seen. This is a helpless situation, because we had already left Disney early today and spent lots of time trying to find an urgent care clinic. Also, at this point I am already in the lobby with a sick child. Basically, we had no choice but to proceed. The lady at the front desk eventually tried to help us and agreed to let us pay after the visit, which was still $500. We received a 3 minute visit with a nurse, a strep, covid and flu swab which were all negative. I left the clinic feeling like we had been price gouged, so before you visit this business do plenty of research."

"Visited on Christmas Day. Made an appointment to be seen within the hour. Once we arrived we were greeted warmly and check in was completed quickly. Both my daughter (age 8) and myself saw a physician within 30 minutes of arrival. He was friendly and thorough. Will return here for any future urgent care needs."

"I'm vacationing and had to see a provider spur of the moment. They were able to get me in quickly as a walk-in. The front office employees were courteous and helpful. Michelle was the nurse who took me back right away. Xavier was the provider. He really was patient and addressed all my needs quickly and professionally. Michelle was delightful. I was able to get my prescription filled right there in their office, which made it so convenient. The place was very clean. Thank you, guys, so much."

She is an exceptional employee with great follow through, professionalism and assisted in resolving an issue with the insurance company - outstanding. Anna was also very helpful and efficient.
