Our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom student apartments are conveniently located less than a mile from FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium, making it easy for students to get to class on time.
Each apartment at Villa Bella Vista features spacious living areas, large closets, private patios in downstairs units, and a wood-burning fireplace. Our leases include pest control, individual lease liability, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Our on-site staff is dedicated to providing excellent service and organizing social and educational activities for residents to enjoy.
With all the amenities students need at an affordable price, Villa Bella Vista is a pet-friendly community where residents can bring their fur-babies and make new friends. We are proud to be part of the Student Housing Solutions family, Tallahassee's largest student housing management company.

"The cutest apartment with a fireplace and built ins that you can’t find anywhere near here. The apartment is huge and even comes with a balcony! Tucked away off Bellevue so the privacy is great. Loved living here the last year!"
"A horrible place to rent through. These people do not care about your privacy nor your safety, and overcharge you for bad living spaces. They force in-person visits without your permission to enter your space (all because they "give 24hr notice"), even though Florida law states that it should be an agreed reasonable time. They never ask what time is good they just give you a time and if you aren't at your apartment, they enter it with or without your permission (they have even attempted to during covid with "one employee"). That is still unsafe during a pandemic, especially when a person is around people who are immunocompromised. They do not help in emergency situations and are extremely unhelpful in any sort of problem. It's so difficult trying to get them to help with even maintenance.These people have been rude from the beginning, most are nasty to you when you try to be polite, and they have no interest in actually helping their tenants with any apartment issue. This company is all in it for the money and have no kindness for any of their tenants. The apartment rented had many issues, none of which are being offered to be resolved by them, it's always a "figure it out yourself". They literally charge you for cleaning before even assessing the apartment or any damage. Do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere better."

"My boyfriend and I just moved in this fall. It's a huuuge 2/1 with a lot of storage room and a nice little balcony for each. The fireplace is definitely a plus. Has a full washer/dryer. I really can't complain at all. It's tucked away off of Belle Vue, so it's super convenient, but away from the busy street. We love it so far!"
