"unsafe place to live, when you have a problem they don’t help you with the camaras or show any empathy to the problem. Somebody wanted to robbed my car and when I went to tell the office they acted like they didn’t care. Before I move in they said it was a secure place to live, that there was a security guard and I haven’t seen none of that."

"I don't know where to start, but I lived here for over 5 years in HELL. I haven't moved because I didn't have good opportunities in the past but now that I do I feel relieved. But all those bad reviews are 100 true. I don't know if those reviews are made up reviews because I don’t think some neighbors think that. I've seen it all here: car thefts, murders, sexual predators, people shooting neighbors, annoyances at the office over stupid things, etc. The only reason I'm posting this is because I'm leaving and can speak openly without being discriminated, getting attitude from anyone or being blacklisted for telling the truth. •First of all, you can be calling the office number all day and they never answer you LIKE EVER. •They raised the rent every chance they could during the same lease, which is breaking the agreement we signed. •You might think that the rental prices are good because they are cheap, but stay away from here if you don't want headaches in the future. •Unfortunately, every time you disagree with something, the response is " this is low-income community and you need to do exactly what they want." •It doesn't seem like you have a voice, they act like they are paying the rent and bills. • My mom used to tell me that the maintenance guy would tell her why she didn't say hello, as if it was a rule that she had to talk to them. I always felt uncomfortable with that guy. • The same maintenance guy you talked about in the previous sentence thinks he's the boss and if you're on his blacklist, you're done for. I don't even know his name, I just know that he has a black truck. •The pool is closed all the time and the reason is because of COVID and some nonsense they made up. While other apartments have open pools and public pools are open, these are not. I can't find any other reason and I don't think they'll spend years fixing or renovating something. •The laundry machines are always broken and sometimes they steal your money. •When I worked they sent me letters every day and came into my apartment all the time, now that I'm here it's rare that they come only for pest control. •They send someone for pest control, whatever they use doesn't work for me and I keep using my own remedies that do help me. They get angry because I tell them I don't want whatever they put out there. There is no point in using two remedies if mine feels more effective. •You must arrive early to find a parking space near your apartment; otherwise you will need to leave your car far away. Thank God this is my last year living here. This year I was helping my mom so they wouldn't ruin her credit because she didn't want to pay to break the lease either, but this year I was thinking about moving and they beat me to it by sending me a letter saying that they are not going to renew my lease and I'm grateful because it's not a nice place to live in my opinion. Now I haven't moved out yet, I hope they don't hold my mom's deposit just because I'm expressing myself here, but I wanted to get this off my chest because you come home hoping to get away from the world to a quiet place and I come home and this It's also hell because they don't make it easy. They worry about silly things instead of worrying about SAFETY or important things that could have a positive impact for the community."
