"NO COLD WATER OR HEAT. It's our coldest winter in a long time and I got stuck in a room with the heater not working and no hot water. Got moved to a 2nd room in a different building and heater and hot water doesn't work in that room either! On a work trip for 3 days so can't afford to go anywhere else. Both rooms were clean though. Loud music playing at midnight for 1 of the nights"
"We stayed at this location twice; the first time/room was great, so we decided to book a night again after coming back from the Keys. The second night/room we had was much poorer quality than our for night. Both rooms were clean. The second room had a large space between the door and door sill - almost large enough for a mouse to squeeze in. There wasn't even a lamp in the second room, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work in that room, either. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast - no meat option while we were there, but eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffles, muffins or bagels, cereal, etc."
"Housekeeping staff stole my phone charger! I forgot my phone charger. I asked the cleaning lady if they found it. She did not speak English, only Spanish. I called the hotel front desk for a few days if they found it. They said they will check with housekeeping. I just got the run around like no one cares. Maybe they were being racist and just covering for each other since they all speak Spanish only. At the end, They did not return my phone charger to me. The hotel management should have reimbursed me for the cost. I had to buy another cheap phone charger from the gas station so that I can make phone calls and use my GPS. Beware of theft from this hotel!"
