"Really chill vacation spot. I was here a couple months ago and stayed at Tradewinds Motel. It was really convenient for me because all the shopping places were nearby. The staff were really great, the room I stayed in was really clean and the flooring was different from any other hotel I've stayed in. It was some type on laminate wood flooring, which made the room look so rich and nice, room service was really great . Overall my stay was a pleasant one."

"I would highly recommend this motel as the number one spot to stay in homestead. My family and I took a trip to the keys a few weeks ago and we were looking for a place to rest for the night, we then came across this cozy spot called Tradewinds Motel , we rented two rooms for a reasonable price. The rooms were spotless, room service was beyond amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Best motel I've ever stayed in thus far!!!!"

"If you are looking for a reasonable and clean room tradewinds motel is the place you want to stay. I know this from personal experience ! Let me tell you why you would want to stay here out of the many hotels in homestead: 1. The rooms are clean, meaning beds are new, sheets are clean and smell of fresh bleach, floors are wooden and mopped, AND no creepy crawly bugs in sight as far as i could see. ( exterminator comes in regularly as well ;)) 2. The staff is awesome and friendly as well. The owners are very vigilant on the upkeep of the rooms and the exterior of the property. They are always friendly and available to help with questions concerning your stay. 3. Location location location. Little shops and stores in walking distance. Outlets, publix, restaurant s very short drive away. Also, not far from US1 or the turn pike. In conclusion; Im very grateful to the owners for making my stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I encourage choosing Tradewinds if you find yourself in the homestead area.! Tight work you guys!"

"My family and me spend new years here and the rooms are very nice and clean..we had a great stay and Ritchie (the manager) went above and beyond in helping us with our stay. I highly recommend it..Plus i love the fact that everything is so convenient. I will definately be back on our next vacations. Thanks Ritchie for ur hospitality.!!!!"

"I don't know if I would rather sleep under a bridge then stay here. First of all these rooms lock with a regular key. Which means that if that key is not returned, anyone has access to your room. I tell you from experience, someone walked in on me once. Also, the back rooms are sort of in an alley across the street from a very nasty bar. If you want to see a dozen people urinate on the wall, this is your place. Don't even think about asking for an extra 5 minutes to check out before old bald man starts harassing you. Half these rooms do not have hot water and good luck finding one with a decent a.c. unit. 2 thumbs down."
