"Our condo was very clean which is a primary concern for us. And the access to the beach was great! We were disappointed with the fact that the condo was under-furnished. Only one lamp is living room and no extra chair. There was no chair or reading lamp in second bedroom. Also it would have been nice if there had been extra blankets that came with the bedding. We expected ceiling fans in bedrooms but there weren't any. Also expected a Smart TV but there wasn't one."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was nearly perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. We always had hot water for our showers. The laundry area worked perfectly. It was a gorgeous view on this corner location. About the only negative would be the living room area needs updated, especially in terms of the television. But when you have a gorgeous view like that, how much do you need your television!"

"I rented A Seabreeze for 2 weeks for a change of scenery and some relaxation. This was a perfect location, a little away from all the bustle of PCB, but not too far. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for my family and friends as we had toddlers, so we could hold them in the pool and not worry about water being over our heads! The house is beautiful inside with comfortable furnishings! We had an absolutely wonderful time! Also, 30A Escapes was very prompt on the only call we made to them... we noticed a window leaking and wanted to bring it to their attention and we had problems getting oven going - but everything was taken care of by their maintenance without any intrusion into our vacation! Thank you 30A Escapes!"

"We stayed at Lovin 30A and had a great time. The condo was just what we needed. We did have one issue. We weren’t left a Kay card/key fob for access to the front gate and swimming pool area. We checked In Saturday and after texts and calls, we finally received a Kay fob on Tuesday. Besides that issue and the weather (not anyone fault) we had a great family trip. Great area and easily accessible to walk or bike to restaurants and stores."
