"Terrible rental agency. They canceled our vacation house two weeks before our trip and gave no assistance in finding another one. Customer service was non-existent, asked for a manger to call and never did. Sent emails that went unanswered. Scarlett Lichterman was not helpful in the least bit in helping us, knowing they canceled so close to our trip. Still waiting to hear back from her manager. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!"

"This was our last time using CRA. From beginning the rental process to the actual visit was not smooth or beneficial for the service fees they charge. We have had better success with Benchmark Properties as well as Paradise for renting in the Seaside/Rosemary Beach area. It took almost 3 weeks to get the house access code which was needed to rent beach chairs which we missed out on front row reservations due to the delay in getting access./walkover info; were told that management would be notified(not sure that happened), then upon arrival, no instructions for house at all, no "how tos" etc. We were told we did not need parking passes and could park in front of cottage. Both cars were ticketed on day 2, and it was a fight to get two passes for remainder of stay. Was told manager would contact us, Renee never did. We have used CRA in the past for our Seaside stays, and this was our first time using them for Rosemary Beach, and i think it was their first time for renting a cottage to people in Rosemary as they were the most inept team of service possible! We will go back to VRBO/AirBnB going forward! We have friends planning on securing houses in the next few months there and we have told them to stay away from CRA!!! #moveonfromCRA!"

"We are SO disappointed & frustrated in our recent (and final) experience with CRA. After MANY wonderful visits to Seaside over the past 15 years, always booking through their service, our booking for this Summer was a disaster. In December, we booked our regular house on the beach for our July trip. Then, yesterday (March), we received a brief email indicating that they were moving us to another house, far off the beach, that was much smaller than our original booking (original booking sleeps 8, new proposed house sleeps 4....not even enough for our 5-person household). We called, several times, asking for some kind of help in getting into a house similar to our booking, and at very least big enough for our family, if not equivalent to the sleeps-8 house we booked. We were told that the original house we booked was sold and no longer with their service, and all they would be willing to do is book us into a different house. They then proceeded to offer us options, all of which were far from the beach, and smaller than our booking, and all for a SIGNIFICANT UPCHARGE. They would not book us into an equivalent house for the agreed price. They would not pay the difference for a more expensive option, they would not offer any type of compensation or discount or help or even apology at all, they would not in any way honor the booking we made with them. They simply didn't seem to care about our booking, or our history with them, or about what was fair, or about keeping a customer at all."

"Stayed in the iconic Stairway to Heaven—incredible to look at from the outside, but even beyond belief on the inside (there's even a life sized horse in there!) CRA is always attentive, and the place was immaculate. Would give the place more stars if I could!"

"Navigating the vacation rental can be time-consuming. The pros in this office make it easy, from finding the ideal rental for the family to check-in and communication. I like renting from an agency because you get a professional team and a ton of pretty properties to chose from."
