"We had a lovely stay at our condo here. The location is excellent to walk to the beach and to get to the bike path. The place was mostly populated by young families and was pretty quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"The grounds are perfect clean and gated The pool is used a lot by families and is on its way to a short short walk down a boardwalk directly to the beach 3 minute private boardwalk Walk to Santa Rosa town center is about 16 minutes It is better to walk than drive! The drive takes longer due to traffic on 30a And then you have t find. Parking spot"

"Great place for a vacation, pool at the time was not heated but the large hot tub was very nice to get into after a day of shopping. The beach is just a short walk away and you can walk for miles on the white sand beach."
