"We stayed at Forever Grateful hosting our bridal party and parents for our wedding held on the beach in front of the house. This house was nothing short of AMAZING, so clean, pool felt amazing, plenty of room and outdoor space to host and in a great spot next to restaurants and shops. Thank you all!"

"Staying at Hidden Cypress is a beautiful and lovely experience. This was our family’s second year to stay here. The home is impeccably clean and the furnishings are comfortable and high end. The layout is spacious and functional, with a massive island and dining room table which seats 10. The amenities blew us away, between the sparkling pool, massive hot tub, fire pit or two deep patios, there are various places to gather together or steal away for a quiet cup of coffee. Our favorite room is the hidden bunk room which is perfect for kids or 4 adults. Right behind the home are private wooden walking paths that go through a lush green space which gives the feeling of walking through the forest. You would never know it’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The home is tucked away down a secluded path right off 30A. The listing also comes with bikes. Seasides city center is a short 15 minute bike ride away, or about 5 minutes in a car. Highly recommend renting this home for your seaside vacation, our family will definitely be back!"

"We booked a Condo at Waterhouse in 30A managed by Royal Destinations. The condo was beautiful, right across from the beach, and a great location in general. Check in was easy, when we arrived our AC was not working, they immediately responded and sent someone out. Communication with this company was wonderful. AC stopped working again the 2nd day and again they sent someone out asap. Got it taken care of. Would definitely stay at this place again. Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Loved this place and Royal was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I have rented a lot of places."

"We stayed at Grace Abounds and the house was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. The appliances were top of the line! Beds were really comfy. Nice neighborhood with plenty of nature to explore. It was nice having the 4 bikes. However, there were a lot of codes to keep track of- the community gate, walking gate, pool gate, lock box, and bikes all had different codes. While the house is close to the pool, it was a long haul to the beach. The listing said it was a 3 minute walk, but that is not accurate. The pool is about 3 minutes away, but the beach is about a 15 minute walk. The beach was very nice- not too crowded. The management company was very responsive and got back to us about our concerns/questions within minutes. Overall, we had a great time!"
