"Mitch and I would like to thank Welcome Homes USA for all they have done for us. They have looked after our vacation home for 15 years and made sure it stayed in great order. We arrived each visit and it's like we never left. The responses to our requests are prompt done exactly on time and same day. Communication with all is so amazing and so friendly we have become great friends with all the team. We are treated like family and it's all genuine too. In 2017 I had Cancer treatment and Welcome Homes USA took care of everything to do with our villa making sure it was running as it should be. I was left to get on with my treatment knowing it was in good hands. Thank you for all you did then for me left me stress free. "I have been using Welcome Homes USA for my Florida house sitting services for about a year now and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who owns property in Florida. The person who normally does the walk-through is Ron and I could not have asked for better service! He will go above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done correctly the first time. Besides doing the normal bi-monthly walk-through he also looks out for any pests infestations that may have entered the house, which not too many people do. They also offer a pest service add on for a minimal fee, which I highly recommend you get. All plumbing, electrical and gas is checked out to make sure that they are in good working order as well as the A/C system. If I need a delivery sent to the home or any repair work, Welcome Homes USA makes sure that the job is done right the first time and sends me frequent updates either by email or text. I could go on for hours writing how good of a service they provide but it is far better if you experience it for yourself. Their prices are very reasonable as well as their top-notch service is second to none.
