"Beautiful resort, really well maintained and close to the parks. The condo's are huge and beautifully furnished. The resort has a Tennis and Basketball court, big clubhouse, kids splash pad, 4 heated swimming pools, so you don't have to worry about paying extra to heat the pool, the place even has its own beach!"

"The resort is great, the rooms are great, the pools and hot tubs are great, most things are fine. Ky complaint lies with the staff. Last night, Nov. 12 around 7 pm, we were swimming in the pool near the main office. As we were leaving, we planned to stopped at the marketplace, bit it was closed. That's fine, no worries there. But there was an ice cream machine still lit up, on the outside so we assumed we could still get ice cream. My entire family of 6 stood around this machine for a whole 20 minutes deciding what we wanted. We walked them up front only to be told by the woman WHO WAS WATCHING US SORT THROUGH ICE CREAM FOR TWENTY MINUTES that they were no longer selling any items. Why?? On top of that, about an hour earlier, my mother asked a woman wearing the Bahama Bay uniform if she worked there, and the woman said no. An hour later, as we were leaving, that woman was still in the lobby, just wondering around. The resort is fine, but I expect a higher level of customer interaction, especially from a place this expensive."

"Resort was awesome. Condo was huge! Loved the pool/kiddie area. Loved the location..not far from Disney but enough where it wasn't always jammed with traffic. Would recommend."

"Very disappointed in my stay. Complained about noisy neighbors multiple times and each time we got a new staff member with no record of our previous complaint. When we informed the desk of our dissatisfaction at check out, they said that we should have complained during the week. We called the desk almost every day to report noise upstairs but apparently nobody kept a record of it and they said there was nothing they could do. Plumbing was noisy, pool didn’t have enough chairs, repairs in condo were cheap and clumsily done. Will not be staying here again. Oh, and there were tons of silverfish and little bugs running around the apartment. I assume there is a problem with the foundation."
