"We have stayed in this neighborhood for almost 10 years and my kids love the lanai with the pool. We have always had a fence around the pool. However, this time our house had a pool alarm and as per Florida law, rentals need to have a fence or an alarm. I was not informed of this alarm prior to staying there and this was not just any alarm. This was a brain rattling, ear-piercing, headache-causing alarm. My kids who LOVE to swim were the first to set off the alarm in their excitement to see the pool. After that, I couldn't even get my son to touch the door! There was no button to get back inside after going out to the pool either. HUGE HASSEL and STRESSFUL TRIP!"

"Had a fantastic holiday after a really, really long wait due to covid and health issues. Paul and Mary couldn't have been more understanding and helpful and were brilliant hosts. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable and the pool area was lovely. The whole location was beautiful and filled with nature which I loved watching and listening to of an evening. Will really miss the house and area and will definitely book again should I visit florida in the future. Thankyou for a beautiful stay. X"

"Rent a villa communicated very well when we arrived to our vacation home. The home was cleaned and decorated beautifully. My family vacation 2022 was perfect thanks to the management at rent a villa, by making sure we were set. We have been renting from rent a villa since the early 2000 stayed In a few of their homes. But since 2015 we have been vacationing every year at solterra resort in different homes and we very happy there. The staff are pleasant."
