"Loyal "RD" Store Customer: Elias is awesome and by far one of the best staff members I have come across at the Aventura store. Came in Wednesday morning at about 1130AM and left by 1150AM. But, time did not fall short of quality with customer service. At that time of walk-in, I had the store to myself but, Elias multi-tasked in answering phone calls and acknowledging the other customers that walked in during my purchase. He helped me find my best shoe, reevaluated my foot stability/ size and in-sole products, while also helping other customers. He really took his time to ensure I was satisfied with my shoes. The family/ customers that later walked-in, it was their first time at a runner's depot and I explained this is exactly why I continue to come back: quality service, time, and dedication and definitely recommended Elias.
