Chico's

"From the moment I walked in I felt like every employees eyes were on me. They followed me around the stores with each one of them asking me if I needed help. When I told one no, the other would come 3 minutes later. It felt like I was being profiled because I was wearing a hoodie. My mom on the other hand came in separately and did not get asked three separate times if she needed help. By the third time I blew up and said I don’t need help and it was the third time I had been asked in the span of 8 minutes. The lady gave me an attitude and said it was her job. She proceeded to follow me to the sale section. I’ve worked in retail before and I’ve never followed anyone around a store. Shortly afterwards she told me that we were closing and I needed to leave even though my mom was still shopping. The ladies did not know that was my mom shopping. My mom went to try on clothes even though I was rushed to check out. That was my FIRST time going to Chico’s"

"i'm a frequent customer because my mother likes clothes here but I never came back last week to be more accurate on Thursday, April 14 about 6 pm the thin and speaking Spanish who works there I had the worst experience I treated with contempt just because I was with my 2 Yorshiere terrier tea in their own sleeping stroller told me they were new politics and didn't accept dogs no matter what we were going to buy that we were going to leave the boutique because it's the only shop in the mall that is not pet friendly, i felt so mad I'll never go back to this boutique if the same lady keeps working."

"Small but nice enough store. They do have a "black label" section too, but very small. If you do not ask, you do not realize is there. Also, not too much of a clearance section, but at least they have some. Most important is that I enjoy Chico"s clothing. Been buying from them for more than 15 years. Never been disappointed. Anyway, the Chico's stores up north are better than the one i visited today. In my opinion. But do not take my word for it. Just try it. You might even like it. Did not buy anything today. They did not have the pants that I loved in my size. Sorry Chico's. Maybe next time."

"I love Chico's clothing for the most part. The clothing is well made. The associates that work there are helpful and very pleasant. Their clothes sometimes look too old, though. They don't keep up with the trends and unless something is on sale, it is often too expensive. Their sale stuff is off the chains. If they have a style I like in my size, I can walk out of there with two items for less than $40. That's a great deal. You just have to be there at the right time."
