"This store is very poorly managed. Total chaos. I chose a sneaker and asked a salesperson for my size. Then, I waited 25 minutes for them. They have a "fancy system" with barcodes and a screen that tracks your order. It all looks great, except it doesn't work. They just have a bunch of people scanning shoes for multiple customers, and then, when the shoes are brought out from storage, they have to somehow remember who the shoes were for. After asking multiple employees about when they would bring my shoe, they finally told me, "Sorry, it came out, but we can't find it. You'll have to wait." Since they made me waste my time, I took the model number, and I bought it online right from my cellphone. They may still be looking for the shoes. Or, if they found them, they may be looking for me. Overall, I had a poor experience, and I will never return to that store."

"Visited the store in search of a specific sneaker, but my size wasn't in stock. Despite this, the experience turned positive thanks to Zack's exceptional customer service. He patiently assisted me in finding a similar pair, ensuring a great shopping experience. Highly recommend for their attentive service and quality selection."

"I showed up this morning at 10:40 am and the store was still closed due to them doing inventory and cleaning(they open at 10 am). I asked the manager when he was planning on opening and he gave me a super rude remark telling me that he doesn’t know when and to not wait around. I never go on here and do reviews but attitude was not needed for such a simple question that I asked nicely. I wanted to know if waiting around 10-15 minutes was a good idea. Footlocker, Champs, & Nike will receive my business going forward."

"Went to exchange a pair of shoes that I received as a gift with the same box and store bag. Just needed the same at small size and manager did not want to help because no receipt on gift ! Waste trip to the store, would not recommend buying from here. Horrible experience"

"Great store, perfect location, great staff. JD has been taking over South Florida, this Aventura location will be the #1 selling JD in the state in no time. The store is stocked with a wide variety of sneakers, great one stop shop for all sneaker related needs. I would definitely recommend anyone shopping in Aventura for sneaker or streetwear clothing to check them out. Management has been great since opening day, I hope they keep up the great work. Izzy & Mac I wish y’all the best of luck & success! Raffle system needs to be more transparent. Shoes that were raffled off ended up being First come, First serve. Customers who entered the raffle weren’t notified of the change. Transparency is key!"
