"I’ve had two horrible experiences in the south florida store. They do not stand by their merchandise. bought coated white jeans (personally I thought I overpaid) which I hardly wore and after a short time the coating started to come off all over the pants. I brought them to the store with the receipt and they didn’t want to bother with me at all. My second negative experience was when I bought my daughter a rhinestone top which hooked in the back and the first night she wore it, it ripped and the chain broke. I brought it back to the store with receipt, they wouldn’t help me at all. Not even a credit, NOTHING, they were very rude and unprofessional. I am beyond exasperated with this company."

"Overpriced cheap costume jewelry. When I bought this I specifically asked if it would turn and she assured me it wouldn’t. Despite not getting it wet , it turned green within 3 days. This boutique is a complete rip off."

"BUYER BEWARE! Salesperson was amazing - great service. I bought several things - but I did buy a dress I was not sure about. Brought it back 2 hrs later in same bag with receipt - was shocked when the lady by the register said “it was final sale”. No one mentioned that when I bought it, and receipt doesn’t say that either - I believe they purposely mislead me. This wasn’t discounted in any way either. Too bad - I would have shopped there again, store does nice things - but they aren’t nearly “final sale” sort of price. No trust"
