"Horrible, I called to ask if my husbands plan was accepted by them, Carmen at the front desk gave me so much attitude and was extremely rude to me for not knowing if it was Medicare or Medicaid, she thought she put me on hold and I heard her whole conversation with another women that works there, Carmen stated to the lady she does not have time for stupid people like me! Speaking Spanish thinking I don’t speak Spanish! So the other girl got in with attitude as well and dismissed me completely!!!!!!!!! Horrible they need new staff in the front"

"Usually super nice and attentive but I’m 13 weeks pregnant and the I’ve called twice to find an ob they can refer me to so my insurance will cover it and both times they say they will call back but I have yet to receive any calls"
