"Having plumbing issues when expecting company the next day isn't what anyone wants - showers, toilets, and sinks were all backing up. We called Frank Gay Services. Before calling we looked at their rating and reviews AND that they could address emergency plumbing issues. They sent someone out immediately. He was professional and very informative. He explained what he was going to do to investigate and the cost. We even got a video of our pipes showing their condition. Fortunately our issue had resolved itself. But we are happy to have the peace of mind that our pipes are in good shape. We definitely recommend."

"Chris was very nice and polite. He was a blessing in my eyes. My water heater was 35 years old. He came in and took out the old one and put in the new one. Which was not an easy job. He had to cut the wall to make it fit. He cut a nice clean, cut in the wall. He cleaned up after his self. We had wonderful conversations while he was here. I got to take a hot shower! It was amazing! Everyone that I’ve spoke to in the company was amazing. Thank you so much! I appreciate it so much! The first picture is the old one. The second picture is the new one and it looks so good."

"We are getting a new washer and dryer and told my husband to disconnect the washer so l can clean that area. Unfortunately, the cold water faucet started leaking and couldn't shut it off. Had a flood in our laundry room Shut the main water valve and went through appointment 25 towels. Called Frank Gay Services and sent Steven Ressel. He did a great job. Explained in detail what we needed. Would call them again when we need them in the future."
