"Went for a Christmas tree, and they didn't have it in stock, and they said come back on Thursday, they will get another shipment. My husband wanted it now and was able to go online and order it, and it was delivered the same day. I love Michael's even though they couldn't help us that day. Great customer service, very friendly.
