"Ordered Vans shoes online and customer service was excellent. Pick up was very easy. You order online and pick up items in customer service. No line. Being Saturday it was busy and a long line to check out for item’s bought in store but the line went very, very fast. My wife was in line to check out 2 items and people were complaining but line did in fact go fast. Manager/Supervisor did a great job moving the line quickly to next available checkout service."
