"Two stars because yes they did have the "Jo-Ann fabrics exclusive" Lampwork mushroom bead. but when I called, I was told" no " and that I should get online. I get online and the priced $10.99 to $3.99. I go to the store and there's signs that say that "all beads strung and bagged are $3.99" I get to the counter and they are not if they are and I Quote $10.99 they are $10.99"

"It's great to have fabric on sale. Unfortunately they only give u great coupons when everything is marked down which make the coupons worthless because you can only use them on things you don't normally buy and you certainly can't use them on sale items."
"Greeting everyone is something that has to be implemented. Some of the customer service members are not friendly. This is the first Joann's that I have visited in which the reps could be a bit more attentive. I expect 100% when shopping."
