"Update- I received a call from the office. I can stay in my "temporary" site for the rest of our stay. Thank you 0 stars. We arrived the night of Dec 28 and went to the site left for us. It was impossible to set up both the septic and electric the way the site was situated. I went into the office the next day and they gave us a different site. We were told we would have to move back to our original site once it is "fixed". I can't set up at the new site since I don't know how long we will be at this one. I can't keep setting up and breaking down and moving. My husband is 80 and disabled and I do everything by myself. The pool has been broken for over 2 weeks and my husband needs it for his therapy. They are very dismissive in the office about my concerns. They blame everything on the holidays. This place is awful. We will be leaving a month early due to this situation and going to a different Sun Resort and were told " no refund"."
