"Worst experience ever! Booked in advance and explained how long our rv’s were at time of booking, drove 500 miles only to find out they could not accommodate anything over 40 ft. Very stressful due to busy season scrambling to find other accommodations for three rv’s. These people were so rude and even charged us a cancellation fee. One rv 45ft the other two 35 plus. The other two lots would have been extremely hard to get in to because they were so narrow! Did not care and didn’t even apologize!! Would never recommend this old place! Worst experience ever!"

"Small and quiet RV/mobile home park. Very friendly staff. They always keep the park clean and neat. They pick up trash twice a week. It's a little busy during Winter season because snow birds but the rest of the year is half empty. Zephyrhills doesn't have too many options in restaurants but is only 40 minutes away from Tampa and 20 minutes from Wesley Chapel who has a lot of good places to eat"

"Sites are tight so there’s not much quiet or privacy, however it is a decent park if needing to stay a few nights in the area. The pool and hot tub are in great shape and the office staff are very nice. It’s right next to some trails which is wonderful for walking or running!"

"We stayed at the RV park for 1 month. First of all, the website is very deceiving. The RV portion of this place is not great. The streets are very narrow, some very junky looking RV's, and unkept sites. The sewer hookup at our site was caving in. The laundry room was dirty. The pool and hot tub were nice. Definitely not worth what we paid. The trash pickup may, or may not, be picked up when it's supposed to be, so it lays there for a day or two...not ideal. Not friendly other than the couple behing us. Overall, we were not pleased and won't be returning."

"We just spent 2 quiet, relaxing and HOT weeks here. We stayed here as part of our Thousand Trails membership and have been really happy about choosing this place. This park is mainly full timers and trailers but there are some sites throughout the park for travelers. We were on the main road in a 40ft fifth wheel and had no issues getting in or out. The RV site was pretty nice and had a concrete patio for parking and day use. RV's are parked in the grass next to the patio. It had rained on our way to the park and although the ground was wet, it was solid enough to support the RV and not sink in too deep. Sites are not huge but you can't hear your neighbor flush so that's a huge bonus. We have met a lot of residents and other travelers while there and everyone was just as nice as could be. Trash schedule is a little weird but they do have cans if you happen to have some trash in between the twice a week pickup. We only had to use the cans once as we didn't want poultry trimmings in the RV for a few days...… Overall this is a nice, quiet and safe park and one we will come back to again if we are in the area."
