"The pools are not heated so swimming is very hit and miss. Recently had a water main break. After it was fixed nobody told us anything. Boil the water, don't boil the water. We are all left guessing. It's all about the all mighty dollar here."
"This is the most friendly place I have been at. It is a beautiful 55 and order place. It has all you would need to visit or stay there. Wonderful management and great and clean."
"They have mobile homes in there that are so close together, everything was extremely tight. And I've been to a few Mobile home Park. This would be the first one that I actually was scared as my husband was driving on the road with his truck. I was afraid we were going to hit one of them even by making a turn it was pretty congested."
"We stayed here last year for 3 months and this year for 2 months. The amenities are wonderful, everyone is super friendly. The sites are rather small, but each one has a concrete slab with a picnic table. The only downside is the traffic...which is in no means a fault of the resort. Hopefully the town will be updating the roads to accommodate for all the recent housing construction."
"This will be our third year to go to Southern Charm. We absolutely love it there. We check in right after Christmas and leave in April. There is always something to do and the people there are amazing. I’m counting down the days until we get there !!!"
