"A very nice and clean park peaceful"

"Lies, bugs and a CREEPY pool man! This place was bought on “ the honor system “, you know that”Island” that’s a beautiful place to vacation? welp, that’s what we got! …NOT! Bugs, a refrigerator that had been shut off , only to find out it hadn’t worked in-at least3 years, pictures that totally misrepresented this true nightmare! Three trips for me ,Victoria, to the emergency room in 6 months due to the absolute filth.Tried to look at “the bright side” but there WASN’T ONE!Touched not once but TWICE by the” CREEPY POOL MAN”, only to NOT be believed by the office staff, the creeps “ newer wife”, and ALL their neighbors that they have fooled! This creep has done to BEFORE! We left there after my husband worked day and night for 6 months to get this “ prize” ready to sell to someone with EVERYTHING replaced. Walls, windows, doors, floors, kitchen cabinets, yada, yada yada. Shame on the office staff who knew all of this ! I WILL haunt them from my grave, TRUST ME. Victoria Flanders . P.s. someone got a BEAUTIFUL place, I can only hope that if there is a “she” that SHE DOESN’T SWIM!"

"We moved in back in April. The people here are so nice, I couldn't ask for better neighbors ❤️ Bath house and pool are always clean and there is a very large outside grilling area. Our dog loves the dog park and it is kept clean. Affordable rates and a peaceful environment."

"My husband and I stayed here for the entire month of March this year. We met a lot of great people from all over the United States and Canada. Can't say enough on how we enjoyed our first long stay in Florida❤ We stayed in one of the resorts OLDER or probably the OLDEST park models and we were very disappointed in its condition (flooring looked dirty, the kitchen faucet leaked, fan in bathroom needed attention, very low water pressure in the shower, we had no gas grill, half of the lights did not work and the range oven was filthy). I spent the first evening we were there just cleaning the unit to my expectations. We were later told that we were to be the last renters in the unit because it was going to be replaced by the property management...had we known that we may have chosen another Avenue. We would love to stay there again ..but hopefully under better housing. The resort is located close to Zephyrhills and the club house, laundry facilities and pool are exceptional!"

"Definitely loved the set up w/2 bedrooms and a loft. It was a very comfortable space, pool was great, laundry room was nice. People were very friendly and nice. My only issues were that the some things were a little worn down - the stairs for the loft, the ceiling air vent in the bathroom and I don't think the floor had been cleaned and there were no supplies to do it my self. Also, it would have been nice to have a change machine in the laundry room."
