"Not much of a room for $160. Kitchen with nothing- knives, forks, glasses let alone anything else. Coffee machine with ONE packet of sugar/creamer. WOW-SERVICE??"
"The first night the rooms on either side of us were having a good time. All good. The good time carried on in to the early hours. I went to the front desk and Sherry was on duty. I explained the situation and with no hesitation, Sherry was on the situation immediately and corrected the situation. Sherry is what all motels need at the front desk...IN CONTROL inside and outside! Thank you Sherry! A 10 out of 5 stars...yes, a 10 out of 5!"
"I've been here for 2weeks and it's been quite a stay. Guest service hit or miss but there are 4 great people. Carmen, Payton, Sherry, Rachel are great. Thanks you guys for all the help and experience."
"Had business in the area for a few wks stopped in and ended up staying here the entire trip. The staff was great. Service was awesome. They treat you extremely nice and give you a good rate. Sherry and the rest of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. If your ever in Zephyrhills this is the place to stay."
"Checked into our room and the cleaning smell was so strong we couldn't stay in the room and ended up checking out. They refunded our cost but our throats were scratchy . We are currently in the ER with my fiance with breathing issues from it. Very nice people but unreal what we've been through do to the unacceptable room conditions."
