"Highly recommend!! Our A/C system (The Millers), had a reoccurring issue with freezing up & shutting down. The system was installed by another company which provided awful, expensive service. After the same issue happened again, we remembered the ad jingle, “Don’t sweat, call Brett” and called. Not only was the trip charge reasonable ($100 less!), we were accommodated the same day - two hours earlier than promised arrival window. Our tech, Daniel, was professional, showed us pictures of our issue (malfunctioning capacitor & coils not cleaned by our previous servicer as stated). Daniel had the new part and was able to install on the spot! Now we’re cool people again! We’re so impressed; thank you Brett & Sons!"
