Don promptly scheduled an inspection and went through the whole system with me. He explained that my 21 year-old filter was failing and recommended a couple of alternatives. I felt very comfortable with his handling of the service call so I gave him the opportunity to replace the filtration system. The work was done professionally on the very same day.
