"I can only recommend Key to cool if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable air conditioning company My air conditioning suddenly stopped working. The thermostat was dead. A technician came and found that the wire from the thermostat to the outside unit was defective. I guess some of my neighbors already had this problem. So 2 options, new wires or a thermostat that communicates with the outside unit via Bluetooth (didn't know there was such a thing) since new wires are very expensive if you have one of the middle units in a condo building, I decided on the thermostat, a not quite cheap thing we are talking about almost 1.5k but the AC has to run. The head of the company, Kevin, came to install it - but, he wanted to test other alternatives before installing such an expensive device. He spent hours looking for ways and also found another much cheaper way. He worked overtime several times just because of me, as I was a bit pressed for time. I have rarely met such a friendly and competent person who puts the customer first motto. Other companies would certainly have installed the expensive thermostat straight away to make more sales, but Kevin is not like that. I can only say that the day I found this company about 8 years ago was one of my lucky days! Many thanks to Kevin and his whole team, always friendly, even when I called several times."
