Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center

"My parents, brother, and I stayed at this location during our drive from Miami to Houston. It was smooth to select connecting rooms online which was great. Parking was well lit and spacious (We had a box truck and truck). We checked in around 2am, staff was kind and helpful. Lobby was really nice and had great snack options. Loved the restroom goodies and the coffee area in rooms. The reason this location is getting a 4-star review is because of the staff, they were all so kind and great. I contemplated giving a 3-Star but I’d actually stay there again. I removed 1 star because the rooms were visibly dirty, hair on the toilets, mold in the shower. Peanuts and food crumbs on the floor and bed frame. The rooms need a deep clean- carpet needs a thorough vacuum (corners and wall edges), furniture needs corner dustings, and toilets/showers need bleach scrubbing."

"They make you pay for your own breakfast $14.99 so on top of the expensive rooms you don’t even get complementary breakfast. This is crazy why would I stay at a hotel that doesn’t provide a little breakfast in the morning before a flight I will never stay here again horrible and I suggest others not stay here either you get Way more for your money right down the street"

"I'm a diamond member and have been using this facility for the past 3/4 years when here on business. Ive tried upgrading to a suite which is one of the benefits supposedly however over the past 3/4 years I have not been able to do so (I have yet to upgrade to a suite). The rules constantly change as far as how to get an upgrade....must be done when you book, go on site and upgrade once you book room, upgrade when you check in, you have to do so when you receive the confirmation by going online to Hilton and lastly I tried upgrading and was told that I could only book one night in the suite not 3 days (which is my typical stay) because the system would not allow. Overall, it is amazing that after 3 years of visiting and staying at this facility that I am still not able to upgrade to a suite. Doc"
