"This place is cheap for many reasons, most of them bad. First and foremost it's dirty. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty elevators, dirty appliances. And it smells. A different smell in the room and a different smell in the hall and another smell in the elevator. The walls are paper thin, you'll hear every little noise your neighbors make. And if someone is staying above you, I hope you like stomping feet at all hours of the day and night. If you don't mind the dirt and the smells and the noise then the low price should keep you happy. Otherwise, do yourself and your family a favor and spend your vacation money elsewhere and breathe easy and sleep soundly in a cleaner hotel."

"This location is terrible! The beds were super hard. The room stunk so bad that I had to buy air freshener to put in the vent. It has roaches and when I told the front desk she told me she would tell someone and maybe they would think about doing something! There were kids running and screaming down the halls all the time and then to top it all off I was charged extra on my card after I checked out for a charge that no one could tell me what for. It was a horrible experience I would highly suggest the motel 6 next door or sleeping in your car that to put yourself through this disaster!!"

"Room was disgusting! Hair everywhere. Si k, toilet, tub. Food behind door. Not haply at all and when I told the lady at service desk who wasn't even there 90% of the time she totally blew it off. Oh I'm sorry , enjoy your stay."

"My family and I have been living here for a couple of months. The staff is amazing. We had no luck trick or treating tonight with the kids. (We don't have a vehicle) So after coming into the hotel discouraged, Christina was there to save the night. She gave my daughter a rather large bag of candy then loaded us up on chips and soda. She saved our Halloween. We are forever greateful for her, Mitch, Brittani, Erik, and the rest of the wonderful staff. Everything is always clean and you'll always get above and beyond from the them. Iv been a chef for 15 years. I know hospitality. This staff exceeds an A rating. S+ for them!"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was not cleaned when we came in and the floors made our feet black. The room was infested with gnats like a literal Biblical plague. They were flying in our noses and mouths and crawling on us the entire time. They got all in our food. They were in the refrigerator and freezer. I couldn't even make a sandwich without having my son wave his hands while I made it so they would not land on my bread while I was making it. They did nothing to fix the problem after numerous attempts and having to spend my own money (even though it was not my place) to try to treat them myself to no no avail. I killed thousands of them while I was there. After being told I could change rooms I was told the gnats were in the entire building and it would make no difference. The people were very nice but other than that, our stay was miserable and for me personally I will never stay in another Extended Stay America ever again at any location anywhere. My experience here has ruined any future business from me with this company."
