"If you like playing detective to find the dumbbells which are never on the racks but upstairs or hiding under random machines, enjoy cardio machines that need serious maintenance, rude guests who don’t know what headphones are and leave their used wipes in machine crevices, and unhygienic conditions that make you say a silent prayer that you don’t contract a fungal disease, then this is the gym for you. Staff should reinforce re-racking weights and rules in general. I understand it’s largely a reflection of the people going here, but that’s why there’s rules. That being said, compared to the Osceola location, this is an upgrade."
"This place is horrible now. Management and “sales team” are a terrible representation of the company. They are money hungry and don’t try to assist you in any way. I been there a few times and the “ amenities” are always down. Sauna is either broken or super low in heat, pool is disgusting, the machines are worn out , and again, the staff is horrible. Don’t waste your time , go to another gym."
"The bad reviews are true I am a local and work out 5 times a week and something you see dirty on Monday will be dirty on Friday. The lady cleaning does a good job with what she has but places like these need deep cleanings with specific cleaning tools for deep cleaning. There’s roaches so I definitely wouldn’t buy the food which I wanted to do so and that’s when I saw my first roach. The women’s sauna is horrible. It needs renovation so badly the bathrooms are horrible and it is with this last review that I am going in to cancel my membership (the most expensive one)"
