"When I first moved into this place in 2022 the staff (Nicky) was very uncaring about my situation and nothing got taken care of. Everything in my kitchen needed to be replaced but she ignored me. But nowadays it's much better with the manager Ms. Q. on property and the maintenance crew Cecil and Travis are the best and all of the issues are taken care of and replaced. It was a very hard year for me but now I can enjoy my apartment a little. Lots of other improvements in Kenwood place needs to done still. Beautiful place lots of amenities but the rules need to be fully restored and enforced. (2024) got to be better."

"Nice place to live! Movie room, community room, work out room, computer room and library very beautiful place. The pool is handicap accessible! Beauty salon, reserved parking lot, for residents!! Elevators activities, what more can you ask for, I have been here almost 3 years. Just mind your business have fun in a beautiful newly built apartment building . Lots of activities included yes."
"I moved into Kenwood Place 2 1/2 years ago because the rent was affordable and the benefits of an exercise room business center with computers, television room with comfortable chairs and a community room, all accessible 24 hours a day. That has all changed. The amenity rooms are locked down at 8 PM daily and are locked holidays and weekends due to some women's fear of a homeless person getting in and sleeping in one of the above-mentioned rooms. This is an over 55 community bit those of us who are over 55 and still working normal business weekday business hours, the amenities are locked up after 8 pm and holidays and weekends. All the reasons and amenities that I moved in for are closed off to me except normal business hours. I am writing this on thanksgiving and I cannot get into the business center, the community room, the exercise room or the television room. It is time for me to start looking for another apartment."
