"My daughter took time off work to drive me here for my annual appointment with Dr Ross. . Last time I waited over an hour; to my horror, I realized that it was going to be even longer this time as 5 people were waiting before me, so my 2:15 appointment came and went. I left in disgust. My husband, a veteran, has previously waited two hours to see Dr Ross. When Dr Pongos was here, there was excellent care and hardly any wait time. Watson Clinic now has two new patients."
"I would give zero stars if I could. This office is by far the worst I have dealt with. They do not answer the phones, they leave their voicemail box full so you can't leave a message, it has been full for atleast 3 weeks now. Susan Ross reads laboratory results incorrectly, telling you they're all normal when they really are not. I called in a refill and they never sent it to pharmacy. They make you wait for an hour before being called into your appointment. There is no concern for patient care at this office. Do not go here!"
