"My daughters babies father wasn't in town and they still refused to allow me in with her for ultrasound per her request. How insensitive and it wouldn't have hurt them or put them out in any way! Not to mention that during our first trip they made a huge mistake and tried to make us pay $300 for an ultrasound that was 100% covered by insurance! Lack of compassion for people's situations and inadequate billing experience!! Guess our family dynamic wasn't traditional enough for them!!"

"The front desk staff at this place is terrible. They have lost both of my referrals that were faxed over in the last week. I was told they were not responsible for fax's and I should bring the referral in person. The week before they lost my mammogram reports. I was hung up on by some seriously rude lady named Emma. This place is completley unorganized and chaotic with desk staff that are unqaulified to do their jobs."

"Don't waste your time going to this place; They are now requesting to pay $25 and linking your card to their system before they even see you; your first appointment gets cancelled because of the same reasons, then if you re-schedule the appointment they charge you $50 as (No show) and when you get there at your appointment time, again, the same thing happens and they cancel your appointment because again the $25 dollar, so keep your receipt with you because their employees don't communicate between each other and don't even mention the scheduling people. Save you time, headache and protect your credit or debit card."

"The staff @ AT Radiology were amazing, timely and proficient in all departments. Nicole checked me in in under 1 minute with a ,"Good Morning!" before she even finished the prior patients' booking. I was promptly called back within 3-5 minutes by Lauren who was just darling and smiling the whole time. Josh who completed 3 X-rays as fast as you can say go...was awesome. The whole staff as a collective got my day started out fantastic. I do not post many reviews, but these young people's passion shone though so much that their efficiency had me call and see who I could speak to to commend them. Thanks again, you are my number 1 choice if I need that type of patient care again. NMD"

"Thank you to Alondra, CeCe,Alisa and Yausmary. These folks made my visit very comfortable and stress-free. There was a few misunderstandings about procedure and insurance process in the beginning. Ordinarily I would knock off a star or two for that. However, these folks did all they could do to clear up the misunderstanding in a kind and patient manner. I must say I left there feeling like I was treated like royalty. I truly hope that the owner of this facility sees this review and compliments those folks for their extra effort and compassion."
