I have been trying to get MRI since October they always have same excuse dr haven't approved referrals, even my insurance called saying everything is approved not sure why they are telling me not approved.. they loosing business because oflate of training.. ridiculous!!!"

"Went in today for x-rays the front desk lady who states she is the manager (yenny) was extremely RUDE ! She said I couldn’t not be seen due to not “having my order form” which is false and it had been faxed over to them two days ago there had been a confirmation from my doctors office ! She stated I couldn’t not be seen and would have to be rescheduled I had the order form on my phone and sent it to a link that she had sent to my phone she then did not check to see if she received it I asked her and she said she was unable to get to it since she is busy… once she received it she said I can’t be seen because it states knee and not femur xray she is extremely uneducated in the field she is working in mind you I needed 3 X-rays which states both knew and femur! After she said I will be able to seen and then stated it is my fault why other patients will have to wait 1 hour to be seen . Mind you their appointments are after mine absolutely ridiculous how is she even manager with that attitude she took my copay and stated my card declined twice and I will have to reschedule out loudly so I told her there is no way so I told her to try again why when she tried again my payment went through she then started mumbling with her co worker and they both gave me dirty looks . I believe this was discrimination and racism she is a Hispanic lady we are both minorities so I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was for my appointment she was absolutely rude to me and kind to everyone else. I work in the medical field I see patients on a daily basis I treat everyone with respect ! So to be treated disrespectful with attitude really made me feel unwelcome ! I will be reaching out to corporate I would hate for anyone to be treated in such way sucks that it happened to me ! The Radiology tech was absolutely amazing I believe her name is Trish I give her a 10/10 rating. I will not be visiting this location again due to how I was treated"

"They only reasons for the high rating are due to the interaction and services performed by the diagnostic medical sonographer. She was awesome! Thank you for not making me feel uncomfortable during the appointment. The receptionist needs a training on customer service. Not a pleasant person to interact with or trying to get clarification from and don’t bother calling to ask questions over the phone. Nobody communicates with each other and the information won’t be correct."

"Horrible customer service. The lady I believe her name is Evelyn is absolutely terrible. I had an appointment @1:30pm. I arrived at 1:05pm and as I walked in, she asked my name. I gave it to her and told me with a disgusted tone that she called me @ 11:07am that my appointment was cancelled due to their system being down. As I was checking my phone, she stated it again that she called me to cancel my appointment @ 11:07am. I asked her when would I be rescheduled, to which she stated with a nasty attitude that she don't knkw but that she called @ 11:07am to cancel my appointment That was when someone else came out and nicely explained the situation.I informed them that that would not be necessary as I will be requesting another referral from my doctor. Beware."
