"Michelle may be a phlebotomist by career but she is an angel in person. I made my appointment for 8:30, showed up early at 7:30 since it was my first time here, Michelle called for me five minutes later and I was out the door in a total of 10 minutes. This Quest Diagnostics location exceeded my expectations with their service and professionalism."

"If I could score lower I would. I have been in this building for almost an hour there was 6 people here when arriving, now there is 10 and my name is at the bottom of the list. The don't have enough staff right now to even have 2 nurses or doctors in there."

"Staff is nice but extremely slow. If you don't have an appointment be prepared to loose your whole day here. I had an appointment and was waiting for 3hrs. At a point there was 4 people in the office and no one was being called its very frustrating when you have to be fasting ,feeling dizzy and nothings is moving along."

I live closer to the Quest in Davenport but that place is run by some militant man that shouldn't be dealing with the public and I have had two awful experience with them. They are always very kind and patient at the Winter Haven office. They are always professional and courteous. I really appreciate the way I get treated at the Winter Haven location. Thank you!"

"Wow! Fast efficient and easy! Nikki is very good at what she's doing. Impressed.. And, I was a walk in!! Walked in at 7:05am and out by 7:22 The check in process is all done via tablet/ipad. I did attempt to call before I went, and there wasn't an answer. I just went in anyway to see if I could get worked in for fasting labs. All done in 17 min. These ladies work fantastically!!"
