"Even though the circumstances of being here isn't pleasant, the staff at the Infusion center have been exceptional in administering my chemotherapy treatments. They are very nice and attentive. Shout out to Carson and Troy for taking care of me the most, I've always have a positive experience with them."

"I had an excellent surgery team and no major complaints with nursing staff. 95 percent were exceptional. I also had excellent care in the ER with minimal wait time. And my room post surgery was the nicest I've ever had and I've had two dozen hospitalizations."

"The nurses have all been amazing. The folks in the lad are wonderful. Security is great. Information desk is so polite and helpful. However the Patient Access Center folk are rude and can be down right nasty. As a cancer patient I have to deal with them often. Never have they simply been....... nice or even, even. They are always short and act as if you have somehow bothering them. You could be standing there being patient and waiting and they will rudely ask what you want or why you are standing there. Some trips I don't have to interact with them but watch them be rude and short to other patients. At some point you'll have to go through their center or even just needed to ask a question, be prepared for rudeness. And if you have labs, whatever you do don't ask for their help. You might walk out missing a finger or have half your head bitten off."

"I had to take my son to the ER. It was recommended to take him here. I am so happy I did. Upon entering I was very pleased with the check-in process. Thank you to the security, as you made me feel secure being there. The check-in staff was super nice and very quick. The wait time was very brief for my son to be seen and getting into a room. The bedside manner from EVERYONE was phenomenal. The doctors, nurses, x-ray technician and even the wheelchair assistance transporter were very pleasant and kept us informed. Most importantly they were very kind and considerate to my son: having his first visit into an ER, which can be scary to a young child. This might not be my closest ER but worth the drive if the situation allows. Thank you everyone!"
