"Excellent day at the dealership for service....the wait time was long. Next time I will say no car wash service."
"The last few times I've brought my Silverado in to get service my experience got worse and worse. I always make an appointment and still end up waiting for over 3hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. That's with a appointment. So today I made a appointment for 9:30am. It's is now almost 4:00pm and I'm still waiting on a tour to be replaced. So I happened to go out to the shop and I seen them finally pulling my truck in to get the tire on and seen that they hit or backed into something with my truck. Super pissed so it happened before they brought it in to change the tire. The truck sat here for hours and nobody said anything about it."

"Very happy with the service I received here. I drove down from Ohio for a death in the family, and of course had a problem by the time I got there. They got me in as quick as they could, diagnosed the problem, and repairs done. Unfortunately it was a major repair with the price tag to go with it, but well worth it! All was said and done in a little under three days!! Thank you to everyone at Regal!"
