"4/12/23 I was desperate for a battery. I had been waiting 2 hours for a tow truck to jump start me at the gas station. I left the engine running and came into AutoZone. "Ran into issues with my car starting and was able to get a jump and get to AutoZone to get it checked out where I met Dennis who was beyond helpful, patient, and kind while I tried to not be so stressed out. He was able to help determine I needed a new battery, explain my options, then installed it for me. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend if you find yourself in a bind like I was."
